Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, orders are fulfilled and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery Window: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier availability, and other external factors.

  • Note: During high-demand periods (e.g., festivals, sale events) or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take longer than usual.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and speed.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping on select products or order values — follow our official channels for updates.


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately during checkout.

  • House of Nakashé is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • In such cases, customers are responsible for any reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, we are no longer liable for its security.

  • If your package is missing or believed to be stolen, please contact the courier directly and file a report.

  • We will assist in providing any necessary information for claims, but House of Nakashé is not responsible for refunds or replacements in such scenarios.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Return requests should be sent to support@houseofnakashe.com with your order number and issue details.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preferences, or wear-and-tear.
